We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service or any part thereof.

    3. User Accounts and Authentication

    We use Google Authentication for user accounts. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activities that occur under your account. We store your email address and username to provide and improve our services. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

    4. Privacy and Data Usage

    Your use of docChatter.ai is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. We collect and store certain personal information, including your email address and username, to provide and improve our services. By using our service, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of this information as detailed in our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that while we implement reasonable security measures, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

    5. Payments and Billing

    We use Stripe for payment processing. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all charges incurred. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the site. You agree to promptly update your account and other information so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

    Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for subscriptions under any circumstances. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard, and you will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, your subscription will not auto-renew for the next billing period. All subscription-related inquiries can be sent to team@docchatter.ai.

    6. Intellectual Property

    The content, features, and functionality of docChatter.ai are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website, except as incidental to normal web browsing.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    docChatter.ai and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. This includes any damages resulting from errors, omissions, interruptions, defects, viruses, or delays in operation or transmission.

    You are solely responsible for any content you submit or create using our AI tools. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these terms. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable, without prior notice.

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting an announcement on our website or sending you an email. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
